Old School: win9x "SetWindowsRgn"
Newer School: 2K/XP -> Layered Windows "SetLayeredWindowAttributes"
For Mac,
only have results of a search on Apple, ie, I've never used the api

windows transparent. It also shows how to create a custom HIView-based
transparent window.
This sample code has been updated to include a project that produces a
universal binary. No code changes were required for it to run correctly on
the Developer Transition Systems.

Hey all,
I'm sure this has been beaten to death before, but...
How an I make parts of a window in RB transparent. The goal is to
make a window that looks like it is a non-standard shape.
