Charles - before you and others set up a new one, don't you think it would be better to wait until a clear consensus emerges ? Ie we all vote on which list to adopt. The last thing we want is fragmentation.
Better still would be some scheme ( with RS collaboration ) whereby some "bot" can be written that automatically catches and posts NUG email submissions into the RS forum database ( with the approval of RS ) and automatically scans and emails out to the new list, all new postings made to the forums.
