In one of my apps, I had a read-only EditField. This grabbed the focus, even though it's read-only, and started beeping at me on every keypress. I tried to solve this by calling ClearFocus, but that didn't work for reasons we now understand. > Also, by the way, when I make a bug report or feature request, do I > have to post it in this mailing list? No, you certainly don't have to, but others may appreciate it if it may be of interest to them, especially if it's the result of a discussion thread. This is especially true when people searching the archives stumble across the thread months or years later, and wonder what ever came of it.
