So, this is an error. The doc writer have to get the messages once a day and 
make a search on doc, documentation, Language Reference and some other 
representative words and update the documentations accordingly.

Also, other employees have to forward to him any message _the doc writer have 
to read_...

But, as a single user, who am I to say that ?
[Just someone who once in a while want to have a better documentation.]

So did you file a bug report on this? Just posting it here won't get it
fixed.
