No. This is a *user's* list; there is NO employee at RS whose job it is to read it with any regularity. RS has been very clear about this from the start. It is for discussion amongst ourselves; it is not, and has never been, a reliable means of communicating with the company. There are other procedures for that (such as the feedback system).
