I wonder if anyone can shed some light on this big problem I am having with
the RB compilers since RB2006R2 through RB2007R2. When I run my application
from the IDE in debug mode, it works, but will randomly crash. The IDE itself
does not crash (once in a while but very rarely). The runtime version of my app
that crashes. Its just "poof" it vanishes, and I get the message from the OS if
I want to report the problem to Apple. It does not show which line of code
caused the problem. Nothing. Even worse, is that if I step through the code
line
by line, it does not crash. The crashes occur in all sorts of different areas
of the code.

I feel pretty certain its a major bug in the compiler, because I can compile
the same code in RB2006R1 and it does not do this. Has anyone had any
experience with this? We have two professional RB licenses, and even purchased
the
extra support for 12 incidents, and Real was of virtually no help at all. But
this is a major problem which has been hampering our entire company's project
because its extremely difficult to get any coding done when the runtime code is
crashing constantly.
