Why ? 1) JUCE is an open source C++ App framework available for Win, OSX and Linux.
http://www.rawmaterialsoftware.com/juce/ 2) Using JUCE as a framework instead of the RB framework opens up the possibility of moving code to C++ later if for any reason necessary ( using my tool Squirt ;) ) 3) JUCE has some sexy stuff for audio programmers ( JUCE was used to write the DAW "Tracktion" ) 4) having access to ALL the framework and plugin source means anyone can fix those bugs without waiting for RS. 5) Everyone can add their own cool open source stuff to the framework and have it refined by others in the community. These are just idle musings before starting work for the day, Thoughts anyone ?? :) Dan _______________________________________________ Unsubscribe or switch delivery mode: <http://www.realsoftware.com/support/listmanager/> Search the archives: <http://support.realsoftware.com/listarchives/lists.html>
