I've seen this behaviour happen on my RB2007R2 OSX.

You can even predict when it will happen (if you are paying attention).

When you select a function (for editing) and the declaration area  
does not change (remains on the previously selected function), edit  
the function and run or save and you end up with a duplicate function.
Reopening the tab seems to cure the problem.


Happened about 5 times yesterday :-(
