FWIW, I was able to get this working.  I followed the instructions in the
Read Me.txt file and it worked fine with the exception that the MIDI file
didn't play.

Your instructions say that you should compile the application because the
results in the IDE might not match those of the compiled application.

Without compiling it, it locked up and did nothing but display a line of
text.  After compiling, the animation was presented, but there was no sound.
Renaming the SWMainMidi file to SWMainMidi.mid allowed the compiled
application to both show the animation and play the MIDI file.

Also, after renaming the MIDI file, debugging worked fine from the IDE, but
again, without sound.

I renamed the MIDI file to test.mid and the compiled application was still
able to play the sound.  Seemed odd, but I assume you've told it to play the
first MIDI file found.

Pretty cool :)
