I agree 100%. I haven't upgraded since RB2006r2. I realize I don't hold any real power over RB by doing this, but I didn't feel like it was worth it to me to work around RB's bugs (where possible) when I have more than enough of my own. I really considered upgrading to RB2007r2, but just couldn't do it after seeing all of the bug reports pouring in. Some of them truly seemed to make RB seem amateurish. I abhor the rapid release program, but I'm slowly becoming one of the pod people; those who believe that this is the future, why fight it? Just profit from them mentality yourself with your own products. Except that...well...I have no general release products :) OK...maybe I'm not...I'll probably never be a pod person. It's just seems morally wrong. With all of that said, and everything I've said in the past, I still want to support RB. I'm really, really hoping the next release will be a true bug fix version. Yeah...you remember those. The ones that used to be called "patches" and which were, amazingly enough, free. _______________________________________________ Unsubscribe or switch delivery mode: <http://www.realsoftware.com/support/listmanager/> Search the archives: <http://support.realsoftware.com/listarchives/lists.html>
