CellTextPaint event.

But how would you resize a column?  Are we now contemplating adding
headers, like the Listbox?  Do we really need headers *and* frozen rows
at the top?  Or should columns be resizable if you simply grab a
dividing line anywhere in the grid?

That's sounding more like a Finder-style listbox to me.  I've never
seen a spreadsheet that allows drag-reordering of columns (or groups of
columns).  But then again, it's probably something Excel allows --
Microsoft doesn't believe in feature bloat.  :)
