This indicates a bug in RB. Unfortunately they're usually the hardest to
track down.  The first thing you should find out is if this error is
reproducible.  If it is, you need to file a bug report with a project that
will allow RB to reproduce it.  If your application was compiled with an
older version of RB and you have a newer version, you should try to compile
it in the new one, maybe it's already fixed.
