By experience, your bug report will get closed without them even looking at
it if you don't include a project that reproduces the problem.  The file and
line number could probably be helpful information to at least give us a hint
as to how to reproduce the bug, but as far as I know they have never given
any information regarding a file and line number.  I guess you're out of
luck, just hope this was a fluke and won't happen again.
