Copying is a requirement given that these files are in a virtual volume. If that is a problem, then it is a problem of the virtual volume concept. It would be a good bug report if you request to let RB copying these help files out into the RB package concept, which is an OS concept. RB does this already with plugins, so why not similar support for help files.
