g.DrawPicture change Clipping?

Does anyone know if the graphics call DrawPicture changes the  
clipping on macosx? Im using a couple of declares to change around  
the clipping when drawing but whenever i use DrawPicture, it  
completely ignores my clipping. Any ideas?
