I wholeheartedly agree. I recently rec'd this email from RS, maybe there is light at the end of the dark plugin tunnel, check out the link: This email is to notify you that your bug has been fixed and will appear in version . Our testing staff has not verified the fix yet, and until they verify it as being fixed, it will remain open. Another email will be sent when our testing staff has verified this report as being fixed, and the report will be closed at that time.
