I think for Peter Z's benefit... I should clarify what is missing. The API is quite good, that's not a problem.
The problem is the problem of SETTING UP the plugin in the first place! It's not rare that the example projects won't even compile :( I've had so much trouble in the past of getting settings correct... took ages and I needed help. Sadly... my ElfData plugin code is so complex and large... and so heavily customised, I don't think it would make for a good example. The nice thing about my plugin, is that despite it's "largeness"... it actually compiles down to a small size executable :) gcc on linux got the last version into 100K. Not bad considering the complexity and number of funtions. Perhaps someone else can give you an xcode example project to compile? On 26 Feb 2008, at 17:17, Peter K.
