Currently the runtime has a huge table mapping names to function
pointers. This is sub-optimal and future changes to the
runtime/compiler are going to render it obsolete. Removing it means a
slightly smaller framework and less static initializers (to register
things with this table).

These are all public and used in the shipping version of PluginMain.cpp.
