Actually, agents are brokers, too. They must be managed by an experienced, or managing broker for (Usually) two years, before they are allowed to work independently. To manage other brokers requires that you have completed a good number of transaction, been an independent or associagter broker for a longer period, and have completed the coursework requisite to management of a real estate business. The start of it all is taking a required number of hours to be able to sit for the broker exam. There are 2 parts to this test the nationwide, or uniform portion is the longer section. then, there is the state part, which is usually more picky. Pass both adn receive a broker's license, which must then hang for 2 years on someone else's office...

Subject: [RealEstate] Interested in Becoming an RE Broker.

For all that replied thank you very much but I just realized that there was
a mix up in my question.
---
Are there any Mi-Brokers out there that can assist me with this goal of
mine?

I am interested in becoming an RE Broker as to becoming an RE agent. What is
the difference and where can I get information on becoming a Broker?

Thanks in advance... and to all of the people that responded thank you very
much for the information.
