Hello everyone, This is a question for those who manage properties. When it comes to the utilities, Water, electricity, natural gas how do you guys arrange that. Do you maintain a Landlord agreement/account with the utility company so you don't have to pay reconnection fees everytime a tenant moves out or maintain service to the property even when it's not occupied so that when you show it, it has electricity and heat in the winter. Trying to work out all the bugs in my leasing system and policies. Thanks in advance Al ------------------------ Yahoo! Groups Sponsor --------------------~--> Make a clean sweep of pop-up ads.
