We are developers based in Toronto, Canada and we are actively looking for land development opportunities in major metropolitan areas of USA. We like low density and medium density residential subdivisions and retail commercial developments though we may consider any other development or redevelopment opportunities. We prefer to buy the project on our own, however, we may also consider going into a joint venture with a local experienced developer. The project has to be large enough for us to make it economically worthwhile to go into the new market.
