I have access to 100 acres in Coweta County, GA. This property is
bordered by a large creek, therefore has wetlands. However, you
could very easily build a small subdivision on the property. The mid-
range homes here are selling quickly. (By mid-range, I mean 180's to
230's). This land is currently available for 9k an acre (with a
little negotiating room, I'm sure). If you are at all interested,
please contact me. I can get a plat to you. Also, this land quite
possibly could be zoned commercial, since the property across the
street is commercial.
