I have a lead for a luxury home in TN. The home is
listed with an agent. For those of you who have
worked with my principle Traci Lee, this deal is NOT
associated with her, this is a completely separate
venture with different parties involved.
The home was completed in 2002 but soon after the
owners decided to divorce. The wife got the house and
now she wants it gone. Unfortunately, there is no
appraisal available at this time but the FMV is
estimated to be $38MM.
The property is a massive 42,000sf home on 12 acres on
the waterfront. No expense was spared when building
and furnishing this luxury estate.
It is presently being marketed at $32MM, fully
furnished. IF YOU MOVE QUICKLY (i.e this week or
next), THE PRICE CAN BE NEGOTIATED AND BROUGHT DOWN A
COUPLE OF MILLION. The owner will also entertain
creative offers but she really prefers to sell for
quick cash.
As a side note, the home has been presented to Oprah
Winfrey as well as other well-known sports figures.
