It is not a distant past when General Ayub was accepted as a defacto ruler of Pakistan after 1958 coup d'etat , there was 8+% growth during his era but falling from the grace of the power that be he had to write 'Friends not Masters'; while Fulbright-Hays programme financed Stanley A. Kochanek's research project in Pakistan which culminating in his writing of 'INTEREST GROUPS AND DEVELOPMENT - Business and Politics in Pakistan (OUP Karachi, 1983); on the other hand General Yahya was accepted as a defacto ruler of Pakistan and conditions were made conducive to creat the mess in which Pakistan itself perpetually.
 
Yes, boom in Pakistan real estate is fantastic: for example the house in G-11 I got on rent at Rs 6,000 pm now costs me Rs 14,000/pm and many real estate tycoons and investors have earned too much money too fast. But does that answers the problems that we face as a nation?

My dear, despite of astronomical growth of wealth through real estate business, we as a Nation are already 'in' for a great game on the chess board of world power politics! Do not we owe it to those who made supreme scarifices for the creation of Pakistan and also the coming generation? 
Let us start thinking to avert the worst that is being planned for us by our alien masters in guise of friends who have pumped in our country tons load of dollars to keep this nation of 150 million wretched soul whom nature destined to live a geo-strategically important place - Pakistan.
