Real Estate?

If not.......here's some great advice.
Find the busiest agent in your market area........the "busiest" because he/she is the most ethical........AND offers the most services to his/her clients.
Ask him/her to take you under their wing.....and find out what it is that you can offer their clients.....buyer or seller.
If it's nothing......get the hell out of this business.
It you have something concrete to offer their clients.....tell the agent what it is..........and they will know how to "plug" you into the system to make everybody happy.
But if what you are really offering is "nothing"...........then go away, and stop trashing our way of life........the agents in this crazy business that CARE are trying to offer the "sellers" some sort of program to justify the crazy commissions we charge. If you are offering "nothing".......then charge the sellers "nothing".
