Subject: The Waltz
I am seeing something really weird in my G2 encoder/servers
The Server is 6.3.353 with push/pull enabled the encoder is a Sony VAIO
500Mhz with an Osprey 1000. When I send a single stream or a surestream with
1 bit rate it works fine - but if I send a dual rate stream I consistently
get the waltz when outside of my domain and sometimes get the waltz inside
the domain. The signal is a dual 28.8/80(double ISDN).
THe 'waltz consists of 1 second of 20Kb followed by 2 seconds of 0Kb it makes
a nice set of dinosaur teeth in the stats plot.
It reall looks like this:

Static clips(VDO) encoded at multiple rates, sure stream paly just fine.
Anybody have a suggestion? This is making me crazy.
