If you connect to the source server bypassing the splitter do you get a
stable stream?
If you do get a stable stream at the source and the dance is comming only
from the split, change the connection type between the source and split to
TCP via the administrator and restart both servers. This behavior is most
likely to occur id the bitrate is above 150kbps (total for all streams
included in the surestream)
