sorry, forgot to reply this earlier. specifying the port for the server is 
currently a command line parameter only, there is no .ini file for it yet:

server.exe --startserver 9000

then say: myaddress:9000
in the login ui to connect to that port.

the strange name for the parameter is a bit of a historical artefact, dates 
back from early autumn when there was no separate viewer and server executables 
.. but you started viewer normally, and then told it to run the server module 
with that command, or by saying 'startserver' in the f1 console.

if we keep these separate viewer/server executables, i guess could change that 
parameter to --port.
