Correct. Here's the header from prot-http.r

REBOL [
        Title:  "REBOL Protocols: HTTP"
        Author: "Sterling Newton"
        Rights: "Copyright REBOL Technologies 1997-2002"
        Note: "Confidential and Proprietary. All rights reserved."
        ; CONFIDENTIAL AND PROPRIETARY OF REBOL TECHNOLOGIES, USA.
        ; This source code module shall only be used according to
        ; the terms and conditions of the REBOL/SDK license.
        ; This source code is not for distribution or publication.
        ; All changes or modififications must be submitted to REBOL.
]

I believe Carl is working on a new license for LNS .. maybe that will percolate
back to the sdk sources.
