My husband has lost about 50lbs so far. He eats fruit at breakfast, salad at 
lunch and steak or chicken or fish at supper with a salad.
He walks on the treatmill for 30 to 60 mins every second day.
He needed to loose the weight because of his blood pressure, now he takes only half a pill. If he gets hungry he eats another fruit. I made a stir fry the other night and he loved it. He is not following any book diet, he is just watching and cutting down. He looks great.

I know this ain't a diet group. But I need to eat on the lighter side for 
awhile these days. I checked out the new Bob Greenes Diet. It looks pretty 
good, Oprah has been doing it and it looking good. Anyone have any good recipes 
that I can try. I went and got lots of yogurts, veggies, and fruits. Anyone 
ever tried them Wasa crisp breads?? Oprah says they are great, but I looked at 
them last night at the store, they don't look too tasty to me. I want to get
