Spinach Loaf

10 ounces frozen chopped spinach (drain)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
8 3/4 ounces cream style corn
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
8 1/2 ounces corn muffin mix
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 cup sour cream

Combine in large bowl beaten eggs, spinach, corn, sour cream, butter
and salt. Mix well and add muffin mix. Restir. Pour into a greased 8-
or 9-inch baking dish.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle top with cheese,
melt it and serve warm.
