No-Bake Cheesecake

 

1 graham cracker piecrust (or vanilla wafer piecrust)

1 pkg (8-oz) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sugar

1 cup (or 1/2 pint) sour cream

2 teaspoons vanilla

1 (8-oz) frozen shipped topping, thawed

1 can pie filling (cherry or blueberry)

 

Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually beat in sugar.

Blend in sour cream and vanilla.  Fold in whipped topping,

blending well.  Spoon into crust.  Chill until set, at least

4 hours.  Garnish with pie filling or fresh strawberries, if

desired.
