Could this be oven-fried? the combination of seasonings really is interesting; I have not fried food in a long time, and no longer own a deep fryer. CINNAMON FRIED CHICKEN 1 fryer Chicken ( cut into serving pieces) 2 tsp ground Cinnamon 1 TBSP Sugar 1 1/2 tsp Pepper 1 tsp ground Oregano 1 TBSP Salt 1 cup Flour Cooking oil Line a large baking pan or cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Place chicken parts on foil in a single layer. Mix together; cinnamon, sugar, pepper, oregano and salt in a small bowl Sprinkle mixture evenly on chicken parts, coating each side.
