Hi Rod,
It's not so much the slowness of the report but the way it was introduced. Taken
together with the Reeves
review I believe that Ramsey is right about Howard's intention to destroy the Act.
Based on what you've seen Howard do in the past three years and the underhanded,
sneaky way in which he
operates what do you expect him to do in this case? Any predictions?
I have some gut feelings on that but I would like to hear what you think he will do.
