it is likely a bandwidth spike issue.
give us info about frame size, fps and setQuality parameters.

Thanks for your response. I will look into the bandwidth issues now. I would like to know if we use FMS will it give similar results (which are bad) if bandwidth is an issue. I would guess the answer is yes..but I am not an expert and seek your answers (thats why i am posting here at)
