There have been some issues with MP3 files in 0.4.1 which have been
fixed for 0.5rc1.

Please test if your problem still persists with the new version and
if yes, add a ticket to Trac at
http://mirror1.cvsdude.com/trac/osflash/red5/newticket
(maybe with a sample file) so we can hopefully resolve it for the
final release of 0.5.
