I think the right location to access might be this way for you.

http://www.mydomain.com:5080/red5/demos/ofla_demo.swf

Then change rtmp://localhost/ofla_demo to your website address or IP maybe.
Then Try that and let me know if it works.

Subject: [Red5] tomcat 5.5 and red5 installation - connection failed.

Hello everyone,

I have tomcat 5.5 installed in my server, also I deployed red5 latest
version for jvm 1.5. I downloaded from here.

http://dl.fancycode.com/red5/war/red5-0.6.2-java5.war

After that, I can see red5 start page in this location
http://www.mydomain.com:8080/red5/ .

It is ok.

Then I go to http://www.mydomain.com:8080/red5/demos/ofla_demo.swf
I can see swf. I tried to connect with following urls in that demo,

rtmp://www.mydomain.com/oflaDemo
rtmp://www.mydomain.com:8080/oflaDemo
rtmp://www.mydomain.com:8080/red5/oflaDemo

Nothing connected.

Do I need to enable any security settings in tomcat? If so, let me know how.

Thanks a lot
