I tried with 

rtmp://localhost:1935/oflaDemo, also with 
http://www.mydomain.com:5080/red5/demos/ofla_demo.swf

Can't get it right. I tested with port tester 
http://mydomain.com:8080/red5/demos/port_tester.swf
All ports are failed. Do I need to open ports from tomcat?

I think the right location to access might be this way for you. 

 

http://www.mydomain.com:5080/red5/demos/ofla_demo.swf

 

Then change rtmp://localhost/ofla_demo to your website address or IP maybe.
Then Try that and let me know if it works.
