My take is, we should just wait and see what happens first. There's obviously important questions to answer, and I don't think it helps to theorize. Right now, we've been told there's an issue with streaming h.264content that's not coming from a FMS server. This blog post isn't really an "official statement" by Adobe and who knows what it all means.
Maybe they HAVE set up licensing that users of Red5 could take advantage of? or maybe it's exactly what some have taken it to be. I do know, that none of us knows the answers right now. I think waiting and seeing and asking questions is what we should be doing. We need information to have good, solid responses. my 2cents
