How does that prefixing work when it comes to target containers, and
content inside containers?

For example, most of the content that I see is always a "subpage"
element that lives inside a foundation template. If you specify the
prefix on these subpage elements, will they apply to the published
filename? Or will they need to be applied to foundation templates?
