Until recently you could go through the OpenText knowledge center, then to Knowledge Base, then Web Content Management Solutions, then RedDot NA. This would pass you through to the RedDot community site (http://www.reddotcommunity.com/). Unfortunately that site is gone, replaced with a "buy this domain" page from Network Solutions. We have a ticket open with OpenText about this. They appear to have loaded all the RedDot software and documentation into the downloads section of the OpenText knowledge center, but the only plugin available is the Generic Data Bridge.
