I've actually discovered that page allready - and it works fine for me (weird) - yet there is no content when i click on "Plugins" or anything useful at all - instead it just says down below: "We have moved our RedDot Community content to the Open Text Knowledge Center. Please go to knowledge.opentext.com"
this seems to be another "Extranet" than the one we have access to, since we're logging in through the german OpenText Website (http:// websolutions.opentext.de/service_technischer_support.htm) - i also mailed the support about this - no answer as of now ... awesome ...
