All: We have several sites which take advantage of several external services such as Google Maps, Twitter, and Facebook API's to embed various items. Some of these items appear to "break" (or disable rather) the "View" buttons in the lower right corner of SmartEdit. To the extent that I can tell, it seems to be something with the JavaScript that is being loaded by these various external sources.
