RedHat Domestic

Since RedHat now has a "domestic" (crypto-enabled) version, it would
make sense to add a few packages:

        Some cryptographic library
        Some cryptographic Perl modules
        openssl
        apache-mod_ssl
        lsh (freeware ssh)

God willing, this version won't have to remain "domestic" for very much
longer...
