It has the wrong value anyway. Why doesn't it get set correctly about the
place I'm specifying time zone?
(I've unconditionally unset it; no doubt it will default to the value it
had anyway;-)
Sounds to me like an environment variable rpm should expunge before
building. If this will course problems, do so at the users' choice.
