Dear all,
I had upgrade my lpr to 0.48-1 (like suggested by RH), but I cannot print
nothing.
When I try to send a print in the /var/log/messages I see:
lpd[16263]: lpd: couldn't open spool file dfA008beta as lp
OK, I had try to chmod 777 to /var/spool/lpd/lp/*. When retry to print I
see the job with lpq but..:
beta: Warning: lp is down: sending to 150.217.86.99
beta: Warning: lp queue is turned off
beta: Warning: no daemon present
Rank Owner Job Files Total Size
1st root 30 (standard input) 10754 bytes
no entries
All is disable.
If I chmod to initial values I see:
lpq
beta: Warning: no daemon present

no entries
Any suggestion?
