I don't think RedHat has released 6.3 yet. If you're looking for ISO distributions of various flavors of Linux, though, take a look at www.linuxberg.com or tucows. (I think the two sites are one and the same) You will find about 12 or 15 different distributions of Linux there (Storm, RedHat, etc.) Each download seems to be limited to 20KB/sec so even with a T-1 your looking at a download time of close to 8 hours. If you can sustain a connection for a good long while, downloading roughly 600MB of OS ISO is well worth the time.
