I am trying to pipe email to a program. I have read all the sendmail and
linux documentation I can get my hands on. So far, I have placed an
actual copy of my program in the /etc/smrsh directory, set the
permissions, many different ways including 0644, and 4700. for some
reason I still get
sh: test.pipe not available for sendmail programs
554 "|etc/smrsh/test.pipe... service unavailable"
where test.pipe is owned by root.
In /etc/aliases I include the line:
mariano: "| /etc/smrsh/test.pipe"
any thing i missed?
