Rawhide is close to guiness just now. You're right, but just now more eyes are 
on Guiness.

You don't want 2.2 headers. Nor should applications should not be using 
anything from the kernel source tree.

The kernel headers you should install are those used to build glibc and for 
RHL 7.0 that's headers for kernel 2.4.
