and file a bugzilla  -- they've omitted tcpdchk, looks like
...

Please return:  rpm -q tcp_wrappers   so that I can duplicate
the version you've installed ...

tcpdchk verifies the effect of each line in the wrappers
files, and does host lookups, to find DNS issues ... forward
and reverse -- a useful tool ...
